The young women wanted to do a babysitting service night for the adults in our ward.
We began at six thirty in the evening allowing for couples to make the 7:00 session at the temple.
We also watched children for parents who had other plans besides the temple so as not to leave anyone out.
We wound up having about 18 little kids come.
The girls had planned many fun activities.
The kids planted a seed.
Played a bean bag toss game.
Had a cake walk for cupcakes.
Played games such as; Red Light Green Light, Duck Duck Goose, London Bridges and more.
They also had snack time.
It was a fun night and the Young Women kept the kids as busy as the kids kept the Young Women.
We felt it was successful enough to do again next year only we will do it maybe before Christmas so parents could use the time to do Christmas shopping.
